Questionnaire for students

The questionnaire is provided in the framework of the project:

“Location-sensitive game-based training of school youth for the reduction and control of CO2 emissions – ECO-SCORE – 2021-2-CY01-KA210-SCH-000050073”

This questionnaire aims to define your general knowledge about air pollution and understand the gabs in school curriculum and policies as perceived by parents, as well as your thoughts on changes required to improve air quality for a healthier school environment.

Air pollution can be defined as the presence of toxic chemicals or compounds (including those of biological origin) in the air, at levels that pose a health risk. In an even broader sense, air pollution means the presence of chemicals or compounds in the air which are usually not present and which lower the quality of the air or cause detrimental changes to the quality of life (such as the damaging of the ozone layer or causing global warming).

Participation is voluntary. Your responses are confidential and will only be used for the purposes of the survey. You will be informed of the results through the subsequent ECOSCORE project dissemination and communication activities.

For your participation in this survey you will be asked to give some data and information, which will be processed in accordance with the EU GDPR as well as in accordance with the project's and our company's policies on ethics and data management, which you can find here. Please, pay particular attention to your rights in relation with your personal data.
